We verify performance, clean the unit, and ship it back to you with a service report.

You can directly contact us or our authorized agents for service

Including fault cause analysis, technical solution, and the originally manufactured spare parts within expectable turn-round time, and restore the power supply to shorten the down-time.

  • Online or telephone technical support services directly provided by ONsys.
  • The standard spare parts required for the repair service manufactured and tested by ONsys.
  • ONsys' complete spare parts stock to ensure timely spare parts supply.

ONsys provides services for all its shipped products. Whether your product is in warranty or out of warranty, please read the following warranty terms for more detailed information.

Warranty Terms

The following content indicates all express or implied warranties.

ONsys promises that its products will be free of manufacturing defects within ONE year (12 months) from the date of leaving the factory. During the warranty time, if the product fails, after ONsys inspection and analysis, or determined by a third-party inspection approved by ONsys and is confirmed to be defective in product materials or workmanship by ONsys, ONsys will determine the repair method at its discretion.

Repair methods include, but are not limited to, repair guide via mail and telephone, send spare parts for replacement or return for repair.

The warranty period for replacement parts is 90 days from the date of leaving the factory.

The power supply can be returned for repair upon receiving a written authorization by ONsys approved third-party stating product's defect. Freight prepaid.

The warranty labor is only applicable if the product, component or part is returned to the factory with freight prepaid. Damage or breakage during transportation is not covered by this warranty.

For products that fail within the first 30 days of the warranty period, ONsys will use the shipping method determined by the company to return the repaired product at its own expense; after 30 days of the warranty, the repaired product will be returned using the shipping method required by the customer with the cost borne by the customer.

ONsys is not responsible for the labor costs of diagnosing and moving defective products and installing replacement products borne by the buyer.

ONsys shall not be liable to the buyer or any third party for indirect or incidental damages under any circumstances (whether due to product defects, delays or delivery failures, or product failures).

The buyer and ONsys agree that the buyer's sole remedy and ONsys' sole liability to the buyer is limited to repairs, replacements.

Regarding the above warranty terms, ONsys reserves the final right of interpretation.

Exception of Warranty Terms

  • Failure or damaged caused by incorrect operation & maintenance of the power supply.
  • The power supply is damaged due to improper handling during transportation.
  • Natural wear, abrasion and aging of consumable materials (housing, plug-in parts, etc.) not produced by ONsys.
  • Damage caused by corrosion, customer's unauthorized disassembly, modification, man-made damage, excessive dust, extreme environmental or electrical conditions and/or misuse.
  • External equipment, third-party products and parts that are not installed or added by ONsys, and products and parts that are installed or added according to customer requirements.
  • Damage caused by force majeure factors such as fires, floods, earthquakes, tsunamis, abnormal grid voltages, etc.
  • The user privately alters or replaces the logo and part number of ONsys' products.
  • Damage caused by continuing using the DC power supply with abnormal functions.
  • Other product failures and damages caused by non-product quality problems.

Expiration of Warranty

ONsys promises to provide continuous repair service to all the products manufactured and sold by ONsys, even when it is out of warranty, please contact us for repair service if required. And only a cost price would be charged.
